RENEWAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

RENEWALS POLICY

Subscriptions are offered in monthly, semi-annual and annual billing cycles.  To renew your subscription, we will charge your payment card that we have on file as early as four (4) days before the expiration of your current subscription.

If and when your payment card reaches its expiration date, our card processor may contact your card issuing bank to obtain and update your payment card information on file so that we are able to automatically renew your subscription without interruption of your access to Dream Social services.

To see what payment card you have entered in our system, you may visit our web site (www.dreamsocial.co), sign-in and view it under “Settings”, “Subscription”.  For security reasons we will only display the last four (4) digits of your payment card.

If we are unable to automatically renew your membership, we may send you notifications by email and in-application messaging.  You will then have fifteen (15) days from the date of expiration of your subscription to manually renew your membership.  If not renewed within that time period, your membership will be terminated resulting in permanent loss of your profile and any content you may have entered in Dream Social systems.

Unless you cancel your subscription, automatic renewals will continue indefinitely according to the subscription plan you have selected.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

To cancel your subscription, log in to our web site, navigate to “Settings”, “Subscription” and click “Cancel Subscription” button to be lead through the cancelling process.  Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than five (5) days prior to the renewal date of your subscription.  If we receive your request later than five (5) days prior to the subscription renewal date, your payment card will be charged one more time and your subscription will continue for one more cycle, after which it will no longer be automatically renewed.

Subscription payments are non-refundable, however if you feel you have a special circumstance that we may be able to make an exception for, contact us by email at support@dreamsocial.co. All such considerations will be decided upon at our sole discretion.

POLICY CHANGES

We may change the terms of this policy as needed.  Any such changes will reflect in this document, and we will notify you by email as well as in-application messaging.
